ZUMBA®

Join the party and take a ZUMBA® class! The ZUMBA® craze has swept the world, infecting 75 countries and six million people each week! By combining various Latin rhythms with dance styled exercises you will be having so much fun you won’t realize your burning hundreds of calories an hour! Classes are carefully constructed based on interval training and the “exercise in disguise” theory, providing each participant with maximum cardiovascular results. All levels welcome!

 

ZUMBA® Toning

An exciting, Latin inspired, dance ‘n tone program. This is the original dance-fitness class taken to the next level. ZUMBA® Toning is an innovative muscle training program with the addition of light weight toning sticks. We provide the 2 1/2 lb, sand filled toning sticks, which are very similar to maracas. In a relatively short period of time, this challenging workout helps in building coordination and muscular endurance. Now that you’ve worked on your lower body rhythm, it’s time to perfect the upper body! The NEW and exciting ZUMBA® Toning program is designed to offer participants a safe and effective total body toning workout. This class is open to everyone, no previous dance or ZUMBA® class experience necessary.

 

Kickboxing

This high energy cardio & strength interval class is sure to burn calories!! You will learn front, side, back and roundhouse kicks as well as how to correctly jab, punch, uppercut and hook and then work into these combinations. No experience needed!

 

Butt & Gutt

Designed to target those problem areas, this toning class will strengthen and tone the abdomen, buttocks, and thighs. A wide variety of exercises are used to target these specific muscles by toning & strengthening using your own body weight as resistance.

Bellydance Bootcamp

Learn the exciting art of belly dance and release the Goddess within! Come and experience a beautiful and expressive dance form while toning and tightening target muscles. You will sculpt and tone upper arms, back, abdominal muscles, glutes, thighs, and calves! you will learn fundamental belly dance movements through a series of fun and challenging drills and combinations. It’s a complete workout while having a hip shakin’ good time! All Levels Welcome

Bellydance

Belly Dance is one of the most universal dances with influences from all over the world, from Turkish to Oriental to Arabic to Tribal to Cabaret and more. As a workout, Belly Dance is ideal for people from varying ages and conditions. It increases flexibility and builds your core muscles while promoting confidence, fluidity and body awareness. Expand your horizons with a shimmy, shake and a smile. Find the fire and passion in you with belly dance

 

Hip Hop

This class is for all levels with easy to follow choreography sure to get your heart pumping! The perfect addition to our group fitness program, another class where it feels more like fun than fitness! Come dance off your day with our exciting new Hip Hop class!

 

Hula Hoop Groove

Learn the fundamentals of hula hoop dance! This open level course invites beginners and seasoned hoopers to strengthen your core and increase body – mind awareness while learning skills to hoop around your waist, legs and arms. Add some fun fancy tricks and you’ll be grooving to a better you!!
