Join the party and take a ZUMBA® class! The ZUMBA® craze has swept the world, infecting 75 countries and six million people each week! By combining various Latin rhythms with dance styled exercises you will be having so much fun you won’t realize your burning hundreds of calories an hour! Classes are carefully constructed based on interval training and the “exercise in disguise” theory, providing each participant with maximum cardiovascular results. All levels welcome!
An exciting, Latin inspired, dance ‘n tone program. This is the original dance-fitness class taken to the next level. ZUMBA® Toning is an innovative muscle training program with the addition of light weight toning sticks. We provide the 2 1/2 lb, sand filled toning sticks, which are very similar to maracas. In a relatively short period of time, this challenging workout helps in building coordination and muscular endurance. Now that you’ve worked on your lower body rhythm, it’s time to perfect the upper body! The NEW and exciting ZUMBA® Toning program is designed to offer participants a safe and effective total body toning workout. This class is open to everyone, no previous dance or ZUMBA® class experience necessary.
An exciting blend of Kickboxing, Tae Bo & hip hop in a cardio format with addictive music suitable for all levels to follow. Our Turbokick class is sure to help you lose those extra few pounds!
Designed to target those problem areas, this toning class will strengthen and tone the abdomen, buttocks, and thighs. A wide variety of exercises are used to target these specific muscles by toning & strengthening using your own body weight as resistance.
Learn the exciting art of belly dance and release the Goddess within! Belly dance strengthens the entire body while improving posture, coordination, flexibility and positive self image. Classes begin with a pilates and yoga based warm-up. Basic belly dance moves are then broken down. At the end of class all moves are put together with the only requirement to have some fun! It’s a complete workout while having a hip shakin’ good time! Please wear comfortable clothes. Ballet slippers or bare feet recommended.
This class is for all levels with easy to follow choreography sure to get your heart pumping! The perfect addition to our group fitness program, another class where it feels more like fun than fitness! Come dance off your day with our exciting new Hip Hop class!
